What is the project?
We’re excited to support Mark Fryer and Gosforth Junior Academy in developing a wildlife garden and outdoor classroom for their most vulnerable learners. Linking gardening and horticulture to subjects like science, art, and food technology, the project will grow pupils’ skills, cultural capital, and environmental awareness.
How will learners benefit?
From learning Latin plant names to exploring climate change, this hands-on space will inspire curiosity and responsibility—blossoming into a vibrant hub for learning and well-being.
