What is the project?
We’re pleased to fund Chris Easton’s targeted literacy intervention at North Gosforth Academy, supporting Year 7 students—particularly those who are disadvantaged or have SEND. This 7-week programme will boost reading, grammar, and punctuation through personalised tutoring aligned with classroom learning.
How will learners benefit?
With input from teachers and delivery by an experienced English specialist, the project aims to close attainment gaps and build the foundations students need to thrive across English and humanities. Focused, flexible, and impactful.
