What is the project?
We’re thrilled to support Louise Davies and Ebbw Fawr Learning Community in delivering a multi-strand project for RADY learners—combining literacy mentoring, aspirational after-school clubs, and strengthened family engagement. Pupils will become Reader Leaders, mentoring younger peers to boost confidence, leadership, and reading skills.
How will learners benefit?
Specialist-led clubs in underused spaces like beauty and pool areas will re-engage learners who may avoid traditional activities. Termly focus groups will also empower RADY parents to support their children’s learning. A bold, inclusive plan.
