Mark
Highfield
Trustee I have worked in a senior finance capacity within the education sector for over twenty years. Since 2017 I have been Chief Financial Officer for a Multi Academy Trust currently comprising four special schools in Staffordshire. I wanted to use my personal and sector experience to work within the Achieve Equity Foundation to provide targeted support to disadvantaged young people.
Dave
Hollomby
Trustee & Creator of RADY Dave taught for twenty years in secondary schools in Knowsley and Liverpool, before becoming a local authority adviser. In 2012, he created the RADY project, which supports schools to demonstrate, through the pupil-level targets they set, equal expectations for both children from poorer backgrounds and other pupils. This is because differences in school expectations are a major factor causing the attinment gaps. He continues to work closely with Challenging Education in the area of RADY.
